I worked in the united states at 16 you bot, there are visa laws in every first world country that allows people under 18 to work aslong as they are performing for a crowd,
did you even read the post? Before franchising U-18 players played, in CS, the best player in the world is 17??
the rule has nothing to do with the best in the world, players are moving to new countries in most cases and a lot of them won't be privileged enough to have their parents move out there with them. It's a lot for many of these players + the high pressure of playing in general. idrc that people are working under 18 in these type of scenarios or in worse situations. either way its not right and riot made a good decision
