The ONLY thing they can do is:
Case 1: Nitr0 switches to CS Try to get steel back. If that is not possible, then wait and sign a CS Pro maybe from EMEA who has IGL experience.
They dont need to worry about a sentinel as they can get BabyJ and so many others. Only concern is the IGL
Case 2: nitr0 doesnt switch. Sign any cracked CS pro looking to switch to valorant

If nitr0 is going back to cs they are fucked, they better offer steel twice what other teams are offering him to renew his contract and get back on the roster and whoever made the decision to bench him make that guy apologize on his knees to steel otherwise they are fucked cuz there arent many good igls out there

Stop acting like every team needs a dedicated sentinel main. It's not a part of the meta anymore to have a sentinel player on every map. I mean, sure, you can have it but it's not crucial. As for the 100T players, I think if nitr0 leaves than 100T have a few good options for their new IGL. Those options would be stanislaw, Stewie2k, POISED and dephh. Stan and Stewie both could leave cs for Valorant and both have IGL experience in cs and POISED and dephh are 2 great IGLs and are signed to smaller orgs. I feel like the other player they get should be based on whoever they get as their IGL. So if they get stan, they should probably go after Brehze. If they get stewie, I guess they should go after autimatic maybe or NAF. If they get POISED, they should try to get supamen as well and if they get dephh, they should probably go after PureR as well.

100T move Hiko onto a Sentinel role, keep Asuna and Ethan as is, signed Koldamente and keloqz from G2 as a sova and jett respectively.
Obviously there's language barriers + covid + imports but it would be fun t osee
