Going back to the gym recently I lost almost all my gains and now im small asf. Everytime when im pumped I look kinda big but when im at home/school im back to a twig again can someone give suggestions ty :3 <3 :D
Fix your diet. If youre a twig you need to eat wayyy more. You should forget what hunger feels like. And eat protein heavy meals.
Daily workouts are too much anyway imo. Add a day or two a week for regeneration man.
Building muscle takes years. If youre still in school then you havent done that since youre just too young. So just be patient.
The specific workout routine is not that important believe it or not, just make sure you're hitting each muscle group at least 2x a week.
