Loud was practicing against top br teams and top latam teams in that moment. Now the "tier 1" teams from south america are also training in NA. So the ascension teams from SA can't train with the Best teams from south américa, while the ascension teams from NA can train with the Best NA teams and the Best SA teams

I would say the only issue about not scrimming T1 is that they don't get to see the hidden talent that is in SA. You hear the hype around T2 talent like verno bc the franchised teams got to play him. You find players through scrims like how Demon1 was found last year when dsg scrimmed EG

Yep the T2 not being able to scrim T1 impacts the non NA teams in T1 rather than the T2 teams. Its harder for the T1 teams to scout players and find gems. BR has shown many great prospects.
