map pool fucking sucks, part 2

since the riot team almost completely lost the ability to make decent maps, a new rule should be introduced that the map pool should consist of at least 3 OG maps: ascent, haven, split, bind and maybe icebox as well

also delete breeze please

i don't like icebox and i am so glad its getting removed do not let it back in rotation
