map pool fucking sucks, part 2

since the riot team almost completely lost the ability to make decent maps, a new rule should be introduced that the map pool should consist of at least 3 OG maps: ascent, haven, split, bind and maybe icebox as well

also delete breeze please

I've only ever had blowouts or OT's on the map LOL. Tbf I've only been playing comp for like 2 weeks but feels kinda one sided (I am Silver though).
