(Apeks bought polaris league which a T1 team can't do)
PCFIC has 3 players under 18
(only +18 years old players can be in T1)
(an Ascension winner must have at least 3 players to get their T1 spot)
SO WTF
If Apeks wins, a team must buy 3 players of the roster or at least Apeks must "unbuy" Polaris
If PCFIC wins the only option is that they join the league mid-season, or the coach counts as a player
