Why are people not counting EMEA but EU as a region, when its EMEA that represents in a international event
no
Gambit is not EU
we are talking about region in valorant

in EMEA Challengers Playoffs, Gambit is representative of cis
https://www.vlr.gg/event/344/champions-tour-cis-stage-1-masters
they even have their own master (CIS)
it's like APAC, india, kr, jp and sea
bruh
CIS has their own master
it means CIS is a whole different region
so when u'r talking NA VS EU
Gambit is not EU
this is EU:
https://www.vlr.gg/event/334/champions-tour-europe-stage-1-masters
you must have a basis for saying eu = emea, gambit is eu/emea, no matter what riot determined them as (for no reason) in vct qualifiers
Gambit literally win MASTER 1
and that master is CIS MASTER, not EU MASTER
first of all, we must have the same understanding of what is REGION IN VALORANT,
In my opinion, it's very clear
REGIONS that have their own "master" Tournament are SEPARATE regions
Thus, the CIS is a separate region from the EU and Gambit is not from the EU
yea sure maybe, but at the current moment if you are discussing the best team in 'EU', you're (more than likely) gonna say it's gambit - it's not about how they happened to be split up in the past that should determine how to describe them, but rather by what makes the most sense, what servers they play on, what is used across other esports, hell even how the countries are just defined across the world, and all of those things would indicate gambit are a european team, and are therefore from 'EU'
