every time i log on here before an event y'all are hating on gc. why? why can't you guys just appreciate how good flor is doing or admire sonder's consistency? does gamechangers personally break into your home and force you to watch it? are you allergic to hot women? can't y'all just get hyped like normal people that we're gonna watch some well-produced pro valorant?

gamechangers is lowkey a joke

the issue is that game changers isn't developed at all (riot's fault) and the gameplay is therefore tier 3 so its not that great to watch

hate the game not the players

Most people commenting on GC do not watch GC and just shit on them whenever they play outside of GC as a "gotcha" to call them bad. GC level of play is improving, but it is not happening as fast as a lot of people would've expected it and that's probably the main reason why you see the hate.

When it comes to player-focused hate, this has unfortunately always been a thing regardless of the league and there's close to no reasoning with people who do it.

The posts I saw recently were only criticising the closed eco-system of GC and poor quality of games. In any case, no, it is not impressive that a challenger/tier-2 capable player can farm ascendants in GC.

For the record, what GC players look like is irrelevant. I do not care if they were all models, is this a beauty pageant or professional Valorant?
