22% pickrate at Champs. In comparison, Raze is at 41% and Jett is at 29%
OP maybe 10% of the time a player chooses her. that isnt OP.

She's very 50/50. She needs a good setup and someone that can use her properly. Also the enemies need to not figure her out

Only if you can't aim. I've gotten pretty good at killing sliding/ulted neons
Its possible to kill them but hard to pull off consistently And if neon ult is aimed right at the head it nearly instakills

Well she would be if someone actually picked her up and ended up using her correctly which people don't so...
She's brings more value to the attack half than defense imo. So she is not really OP.
