Replace stars with a user upvote/downvote
each user can be upvoted or downvoted by another user once, and it displays next to their name

I like linking it to the game, but then it'd have the same issue with stars ngl, like past a certain point everyone will have a max bar

The way I see it, it would take everyone's past 1000 upvotes/downvotes received, turn it into a percentage, and display that on the bar
