If FNC FUT VIT all qualify

It is guaranteed that 3 EMEA teams will be on same side of playoffs since TH can only go against other group 2nd seeds (which would all be EMEA if FNC VIT FUT qualified) + the 2nd seed of Group B (GENG FPX or SEN) can’t be on the same side as TH (1st seed of Group B)
