In my honest opinion one of the core players should be dropped, they have gotten too comfortable with each other on the team and need a new face on the roster who can push them out complacency even better if its a dedicated IGL. As far as coaches go I have mixed opinions about Alecks he is more like a manager not a coach, they should hire a real coach and not a former prx employee(bulb their new assistant coach is a former PRX CS player) so no nepo hirings, hire a real coach who can help the team do better.

And they should remind themselves that Tier 1 Valorant is for winning not to have fun. There are a fuck ton of teams and players out there dying for an opportunity, these guys should only take part in offseason tournaments if they wanna have fun.
