LAN and LAS isnt a T2 region, any LAS player can go LAN without being counted as an import, the idea of RETA was to take 3 best player of LA, that are usually from LAS, and play in LAN because they can scrim Amer T1 teams

I wouldn't bet for any team, this ascension is so stacked, everyone has posibilities.
Even All Knighs scrimming with considerably lower tier teams has showed an amazing level.
