How does a team that plays in the Spanish league not have a single Spanish player, is the league purely org based and there’s no import restrictions at all?

kiles is spanish
b1sk played in spain for 2 splits and hes considered an ltr(same with insider) also they both live in spain atm

sayonara and zeddy are imports

They have but it's very loose rule tho, suppose that you are an import , if you play in for example Spain for 2 splits at the third split you are considered local.

Bisk and Insider have ascended all the way from Spanish tier 3 and have been living here for years.

They have earned their spot in the Spanish league more than many Spanish players. And Kiles is Spanish

That being said, EMEA tier 2 probably does need a rework somehow

Less leagues imo, everything much more concentrated. It’s not sustainable as it currently is

What they did in Spain Portugal and Italy but with more leagues

Yes, 3 or 4 any variation works for me. The Turkish and French league currently work, but all other leagues are not sustainable and terrible viewership wise. The only way to fix that is reducing the amount of leagues

I’m much more interested in a Mandatory vs UCAM than a UCAM vs Falke ngl

Now with the merge of Portugal and Italy with Spain you have 3 countries to pick local talent from. The rule of an import playing 2 splits and being considered local makes no sense.
