I've been stuck at 15% bodyfat for a couple of years. How do I push past this plateau and make it to 8-10%? Even if I eat a big meal I get hungry a few hours later. It's rough.

Vanity.

Just to be 100% with you. I want to lean out and be as attractive as I can be. I know people say reaching that point sucks but I'd still like to get there and see what I look like.

my friend regularly has to dip into the single digits because he does competition bodybuilding. everything is exhausting to him and all he wants to do is lie down lmao

u cant maintain that for a long time but try drinking black coffee, it suppreses appetite and its really useful when im cutting

An 8-10% body fat range makes you feel horrible all the time, I would suggest not going below 12%. Increasing the percentage of protein in your diet will help you feel more satiated and reduce cravings.

For what do you need 8-10%? It's not healthy. Maybe do some fasting and get rid of toxin, dead cells, fat (listing some shit). Eat Salt. Train harder, go swimming

Tbh 15% is still really good furthest u should push it is around 10/11% fat is still really important in ur body especially with protecting organs, holding them in place and keeping the warmth in so as long as u are happy with ur self idk up to u really dude
