Why I Think Leo Isn't Actually Sick

In 2021, we saw Leo playing for Guild and Sick playing for Sentinels. If Leo was actually Sick, it wouldn't make sense for him to be playing on two different teams. Can someone please tell me why people are saying Leo is Sick? Thanks in advance.
