Group A: I think this one feels like the one that has the most history in valorant, FNC was one of the most dominant teams, BLG made history against NRG, KRU are inevitable on champs together with DRX.

Group B: Death. Anyones playground honestly.

Group C: Sleeper group honestly, got some good matchups but they won't be as entertaining as the other groups.

Group D: The group of (Choke to) Death.

Honestly I think Group C is way more interesting than Group D. Only matchup that really interesting is the PRX/G2 rematch in my opinion. I'm not really looking forward to anything with EDG, especially not another EDG/PRX match. Group C is sort of a question mark group. We haven't seen 3/4 teams on the stage this year. Will Trace impress or look like a bum team? Will Primmie go crazy on an international stage? Will Vitality choke?

group C is more entertaining than A/D imo. anybody can take the second seed, and higher upset possibility since nobody haven't seen them playing in lan than guessing Fnatic lose and EDG winning against prx/g2

Group A: probably the most definitive group to play out, fnc and drx qual easy, kru and blg can put up a decent fight and MAYBE an upset but I doubt it. fnc and drx have shown pretty heavy dominance, whilst kru and blg have looked okay but have shown alot more weakness than strength.

Group B: HOLY SHIT GROUP OF DEATH, both masters winners this year, masters shanghai runner ups and a team that has GREAT potential for an upset in FPX. This group will be nail biting until the very end. I genuinely think any team can make it out or lose in this group, yes that includes FPX (maybe a bit lower hopes of making it out but i think there is a chance)

Group C: This group on paper should be definitive. But in reality I think talon still is very big question mark in the strategy because of the introduction of primmie and their willingness to play unusual comps, Vitality has ALOT to show after basically being mostly middle of the pack for most of the year and Trace is a very underrated Chinese team. I think the only guarantee would probably be LEV but if there is any group for there to be a massive upset, it is this group.

Group D: This is the group to watch in my opinion. I think this is another group where you can expect some major upsets. All of these teams have shown dominance in some shape or form this year, some earlier, some more recent. EDG is still looking to redeem themselves after their performance in Shanghai, FUT have shown some very good highs but also some lows, G2 has very high hopes of making a deep run and PRX is a team that although is definately not as strong going into champs as it was last year, is still a team that you can never count out.
