Can someone explain the circuit points system?

You can see that 100T and SEN both have 12 circuit points (Source).
Yet SEN qualified and 100T did not. There was no decider match as far as I know?

What was the deciding factor here? Was it SEN winning more rounds than 100T overall?

I hope someone can clear up this confusion :D

don't abbreviate circuit points!! 😨

h2h counts all of the games both teams played this year, regional and international
sen are 2-1 against 100t counting kickoff and stage 2
