1st TH
2nd Geng
3rd Lev
4th FNC
5-6th SEN and PRX
7-8th G2 and VIT
9-12th FPX, FUT, DRX and KRU/100T
13-16th EDG, Talon, Trace and BLG

Imo all of the top 6 teams could be swapped, any of them could have a run and win. Teams like FUT or FPX could also do better...
