Hello, i am currently new to the game like 2-3 months as a player. Can i know what is this?

I'm gonna be honest there is at least 2 times that I flame 2 of my teammates for trolling and doing some questionable moves on rounds and ended up losing. At the same time they are the ones who initiate trash talking and stuff and I just reply. The first warning is i got 2 weeks team play queuing ban. Then the next day without doing anything my game says account locked. Anyone that can help how can I remove that nor how to determine how long is that suspension cause it says "TEMPORARILY". I already send a ticket to riot but they don't reply anything special aside from bots.

nothing tbh u just gotta keep replying to the ticket and ask why ur banned and hopefully just negotiate from there

ive gotten banned many times before (it was for account sharing but my friend was cheating on it so it got banned for cheats and queueing with a cheater)
but ive been able to play it off as my account got hacked and i was unaware of all of this
ive also accumulated like 1.5 years+ worth of chat bans all added up
ur situation is different, i would honestly js suggest to just hold off and if u have to lash out use asterisks to censor part of whatever u say so you can have a stepping stone to argue
they almost NEVER revert chat bans tho

ive gotten mine reverted once and that was because my friend said several slurs cuz he was tilted on my acc and i js told them someone hacked my acc and said some stuff, he lived like 2000 miles away so idk maybe they did some IP login testing or something like that and found that he was like across the country and determined it wasnt me so they reverted the ban 10 months into my one year ban

IDK anything abt this i never got bans on valo but most ppl say constantly contacting valo ppl via tickets and emails thats all i can tell

yeah i can see that happening especially if u are short tempered but in my case i have got a thick skin so i dont get moved my their shittalk at all
if some shittalks u just mute em and dont flame em in chat u should be good to go

Im researching a lot from the past few days. I think im gonna agree with you and im gonna lost my hope day by day. Im just going to give them until january 2025 end of the month then i will probably just quit the game or create newbie acc.

yh the only advice i could give you is to start over with a new account and act like nothing happened.

maybe check in on your account every now and then, if you have some luck your ticket reaches a riot support employee that actually gives half a fuck.
