I think that is because Omen players are paranoia merchants, while Astra has to anchor on sites

Because there's no pressure to make space with TP so they're allowed and encouraged to fully bait the team on Astra

It's also the "no util, no escape" phenomenon that makes players plant their feet and lock in

you have to play more passive to fully use her kit with the way her galaxy form works. less entry trade fragging and more support/initiator role stuff.

probably because astra is the least restrictive controller agent, she doesn't need to play around specific positions to get maximum value out of her util so you're basically free to hold anything from anywhere as long as your stars are down
