A spade is a spade. A team that loses one player and implodes, isn't a good team. It sucks majorly for them and I'd love to see them at full strength, but it's quite obvious the gap in talent between the top Chinese players and the rest of the players in the region is massive.

The (incredibly kind and caring) folks that are saying "Yeah, but the player can't communicate with them" disregard the fact that XLG picked their sub. If the sub can't communicate with the team, then the person in charge of selecting their sixth man should be fired and blacklisted from ever touching a roster again. You're telling me that they could have picked ANYONE in the world that speaks English and they selected someone that DOESN'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE THEY COMMUNICATE IN. It's complete mismanagement at every single level.

If NAVI don't qualify for at least playoffs I think they have to move on from ANGE1. As much success as he had with FPX, it just hasn't continued at NAVI. I think the players are good enough to be a top 10 team but they're in need of a change and I don't think doombros alone is enough. Even if they win today, I feel pretty disinterested in NAVI at this point :/

There are definitely a lot of organizational issues over there rn and it's been years of ppl saying that they need to attempt to change their identity, at least in certain situations, and no change has been seen. It's a shame. Regardless of what they do going forward, they need a more complete vision of how they are going to approach rounds from a bird's-eye-view. EDG is better than Trace if you're asking head to head. EDG has only lost to Trace once and that was back in October of 2023. I think Trace has performed well over their expectations and honestly, I can't see it going much farther. Who knows tho? Anything can happen

No semi-decent team in the history of esports has just not had an IGL and won anything. Honestly impressive that they could get as far as they did with the lack of planning they have
