I don't think them winning regionally is a surprise at this point. The knock on PRX isn't that they can't perform in APAC, it's the international tournaments at the last step.

i feel like that may have been too early in the history of valorant. i think yay's 4k at yellow and then eventual ace at yellow were better

Traditional Sports:

  • American Football: Tom Brady (unfortunately), I prefer Aaron Rodgers as a single player.
  • Basketball: LeBron James or Michael Jordan depending on which you prefer: superhuman longevity and the skill of improving the players around you or the player who has reached the greatest heights
  • Football/Soccer: Messi if you ask me, but Ronaldo is the only player with a legitimate case over Messi. Splitting hairs between these monsters
  • Boxing: As far as the actual fighting goes, Ali was the total package. But as far as the business goes, nobody ran pockets like Floyd Mayweather. Ali for sure, but just thought I'd throw the second part in there.

Esports:

  • CS: s1mple. nuff said
  • Val: TenZ or Aspas or whoever else. Give it at least 10 years and we'll see
  • LoL: Faker duh
  • Smash: mkleo is top 10 in every single smash game. not many players are as good at one game as him
  • Fortnite: my little cousin

insecurity. i hate that shit too. literally trying to show "oh it doesn't matter that we just got destroyed 1-13. I, as the IGL, do NOT care that we just got embarrassed on the world stage in front of over a million people" it's a lot of pressure but stop trying to be meta and just take the L and move on. too proud to be upset

  • Icy lead every stat for players who played Raze, Gekko, and Jett. He was also the only player who played Raze, Gekko, and Jett. (I tried)
  • Trent led all Sova/Fade players in Kills, Assists, and was 2nd in KDA. He had the highest Assists/Map among this group as well. He was also 5th in Assists, 5th in Assists/Map among players who played a common agent with him. Heat was the most similar player to him with 2 of the same agents played and 1.3 Assists/Map above Trent. He also has 6th least deaths among players who play similar agents.
  • Boostio is 6th in players who competed in Stage 1 alphabetically. (There really was nothing)
  • Eeiu lead all Fade/Sova Players in Kills/Map, all players who played Sova in Kills/Map, was 3rd in the Fade Kills/Map category. He also had the highest KD and KDA in both categories.

I can do the others later when I get my hands on the Pacific data.

what's the most important stat to determine which player is better than which? i will make charts to display those stats and the players who are leading them from stage 1

i'm aiming to fuel arguments bc i'm seeing a lack of player discussion so far at shanghai
