It's a bad fucking agent. You know that, I know that, Kaplan knows that. There is a reason it is picked 5% of times and there is a reason you are 1-3 with it. Are you brain-dead? Why are you using Deadlock

You say that, but Riot has made an agent go from bad to amazing as well as amazing to dog shit. It's pretty easy to buff dead lock, I can think of a few ideas, but obviously it's up to the balancing team at Riot to make sure the buffs aren't too crazy.
