You say that, but Riot has made an agent go from bad to amazing as well as amazing to dog shit. It's pretty easy to buff dead lock, I can think of a few ideas, but obviously it's up to the balancing team at Riot to make sure the buffs aren't too crazy.

You realize m80 is part of the reason they are picking deadlock you stupid b0t
