Who Wins Part 2 , this time id try add The teams who would play against each other in champs in their own area
SEN vs TL
GMB vs NV
C9B vs ACE
100T vs Giants
Rise vs G2
Guild vs XSET
GENG vs FNC
SMB vs FaZe
TSM vs OBG
V1 vs Tenstar
Team Liquid (Very dangerous with Nivera)
Envy (Gambit have looked shaky recently)
Acend (C9B isn't on the same level imo, but we haven't seen them on an international level yet)
Giants (Giants is by far the best team not at Champions)
G2 (Although G2 has also looked shaky recently, I still think they outclass Rise)
Guild (Close matchup, Guild had better form in LCQ)
GenG (Fnatic has been losing to teams all over the place they shouldn't be, I hope they do better at Champions)
FaZe (SMB is terrible now)
TSM (Honestly wasn't sure on this one but don't know as much about OBG other than they don't match up well internationally)
Tenstar (Close matchup, Tenstar is in better form)
100T is not good with the roster change, Giants would easily win. Giants only bad loss was to Acend, who is already above 100T. Yes during the previous Masters Acend and 100T would be around the same level, however following that event 100T has only gotten worse, and are nowhere near the same level they were before. I don't think this matchup would be a total blowout, but Giants should be above 100T at the moment.
Gambit vs Envy would be close but Gambit played terrible in their recent tournament, losing even 0-13 to Acend on one map and to LDN UTD. Yes this is based on one performance, but the only other recent match for Gambit was against Envy in the Masters final which was a while ago, and Envy was by no means far from winning. Envy also played with a newer roster, having limited practice with yay, so it would be expected that they would have improved with more practice by now.
Fnatic do not look good right now, and even lost to Giants at Red Bull tourney
SMB have looked drastically worse since challengers 3 playoffs, and their players are leaving
Guild and G2 are going through roster rebuilds
Giants have pretty consistently beat every other decent team in EMEA you could argue for, so they are a definite 4th behind Acend, Gambit, and Liquid
It's the only recent example of Gambit competing we have, and Envy was already on a similar level to them (as proven by Masters Berlin). So there really isn't any way to know who would win now, I'm just using the information available to me. Also, although the ping is a factor, it shouldn't impact performance to the level it did, and watching the games, most rounds were not being lost to things that are ping related, and were more tactical errors.
cmon man you support this team , have faith in them they have what it takes to be the best team in 2022 and win the first ever valorant major
dude my mindset is sentinels can beat and DESTROY everyone i have FULL faith in them
by me telling "theyre not favourites in champs" i meant that very very less ppl are telling SENTINELS are favourites and the whole vlr callin them washed so thats what i ment , imo theyre favourites but let vlr be vlr
