A lot of people don't want to spend thousands of dollars on PCs. Some people (myself included) even play on laptop. And that's completely okay. There's no reason to clown on people that don't want to break open the bank.

And on the opposite end of the spectrum, there are people in iron who probably have better PCs than you do. So there's no reason to generalize whatsoever.
