He is a good coach but he needs to realize he's screwing up the local talent but absolutely insisting an English speaking roster by gaming the system.

This is the same problem we face in economic situations. In order for domestic situation to improve, you need to make domestic jobs available.

Also... learning Japanese is not that hard. There is a coach in Overwatch who learned Korean to coach him team when it turned into a full Korean team. Not to blame too much, but come on man

Like srsly I appreciate what fadezis has brought to jp vcl. But he can't keep getting away with this man. He better use his off season to learn Japanese and finally get local players.

Fadezis made it loud and clear that he wanted an english speaking team. Doing that in Japan is just not feasible borderline insane.

Idk tbh, even if they boot him out, my pessimistic side will say that they will return to 3 japanese 2 koreans roster.
But fadezis have been doing bad both splits. So I won't be surprised if they kicked him out.

Why would they? He's done a pretty good job, reached an ascension final.
The japanese market is just super inflated with a ton of players locked in "predatory" contracts, building a 5jp roster would cost a lot and is not guaranteed success.
The scarz project only really exists/works as a reaction to the market.

What kind of market that prompted Scarz to go 4 imports? ( I know that Yoshii and Yotaa don't count as import, but let's be real, they are). Say that you are right , Japanese market isn't doing great on player protection and contract, surely other orgs caught this on right? The result is your "standard" 3 japanese and 2 korean roster. Scarz is not the only one who reacted to this market and should've probably went with 3 jp 2 kr roster but they didn't.

Scarz went 4 imports because Fadezis refused to coach a japanese speaking team.

I dont mind, varrel comms in Japanese, that means there's opportunity for Japanese player to play. Unlike scarz which is English comms.

If i'm not mistaken, Varrel has england & turkish coach but still hired japanese & korean players (cuz xnfri speaks english very well, maybe? He is the connector between coach & players?)
i just curious, why xnfri didn't play at outside japan? he has native level english (cuz his high school at NA)

Yotaa and Yoshii are half japanese. However, let's be real, they never played on jp server if it wasn't scarz approaching them. Sure, they have Japanese blood, but they are still import regardless.
