i probably missec more maps that are in the pool. i just thought of the ones that came to my head. also don’t forget g2 usually starts off slow then gears up 2nd and 3rd map. if they get a head start this time it’ll be difficult for sen, i think sen can stop their momentum by map 2/3

Imo g2 are favored in ascent and bind
Sen are favored in split
Haven and lotus are probably the deciding maps

G2 ban sunset
Sen pick split (good map for g2 but Sen are favoured, Sen 13-10 prob)
G2 pick bind (both teams are comfy on this map, could go either way but g2 are favoured)
Sen ban icebox
G2 ban lotus
Haven remains(idk who to favour on this map)

Ideal case for Sen would be g2 banning haven instead of lotus

i could see that happening but they did say icebox is one of their worse maps and they despise playing it compared to ascent, we’ll see what kaplan is cooking

G2 currently are horrible on icebox so I’m confident they won’t pick it either way, there macro on ascent looks very solid and well drilled compared to Sen who have shown flashes of brilliance on the map

I just don’t think the no duelist icebox works, I always see teams who run no duelist lose

exactly this, Icebox is a duelist haven. I've watched players like Aspas, Oxy, Derke, Zekken drag their team to a victory on that map. With a weaker duelist, its just not a favorable map. Jett is king on icebox.

just put icy on jett, he’s no aspas or cryo but he’ll get the job done and i see better stats with jett than gekko or raze from him anyways. literally just copy levs comp or smth
