If they can get good salaries and still perform is good they might as well get ppicked by some good sea orgs that can pay them just like south asia where t2 salaries are more than avg apac t2 salaries .

He will only move out when Secret calls him for VCT or when nobody in India is picking him up otherwise he will play here , he has friends,money, awards everything here makes no sense to go nd play in other T2 SEA

I don't know the exact amount but I hear it is really high as compared to average APAC tier 2 whereas players like AZYS get paid more than some tier 1 players for lower ranking teams

As riot have us based standards over salary and there's a minimum salary limiter for league teams (t1 teams).
salaries are high though

Afaik the minimum salary differs from region to region
Not the top teams, but bottom teams, I think Azys definately gets paid atleast equal to
Could be wrong but yes, he gets paid a bag

ge owner mention something around 42k usd yearly is minimum limiter ( i might be wrong) and thats too much of money compared to what t2 can squander.

Around 20k USD per year plus almost same amount of prize money for Azys as they mostly win evrything and we have high prizepool

Okay yess I checked VCT NA is 50k usd minimum but APAC is bit on lower side but Rushi might be paying 42k a year to one guy or so but not everyone others are on lower side.
But yess top players who brings viewers nd streams even earn 25k/month lol
But tbh you need to also account for local living standards.
Vct teams are based in high cost cities while in India for 25k you live and upper middle class life comfortably which is better than 90% of what people in SEA or India make.
