BEST SCENARIO FOR NRG

I personally think Crashies is no longer performing well enough to see results.

I think the best move would be to release Victor and Crashies since they want to keep them together so badly, Let Chet go back to CS, and get Jawg and Potter.

Demon1 comes back and either plays only Jett or adapts and gets better on omen and gekko.
Jawg plays Raze and Neon since its the current meta, and if need be he can be flex on maps that Demon1 still plays Jett.

I think in the scenario where OXG doesn't win ascension, you sign verno and reduxx to pair with the other 3. Easier said than done ofc considering every team will probably try to nab them, but they're direct upgrades from crashies and victor imo, and even less role issues considering reduxx can play both raze and jett.
