duelist buffs/nerfs

What do yall think about the duelist changes?

My opinions:
Raze - Idk don't see much of a difference besides the speed
Iso - still pretty useless
Reyna - ngl the healing nerf nerfed her more than the speed buff buffed her
Neon - yeah pretty good now
Jett - nothing happened
phoenix - nothing happened

I mean the free shield is nice but it doesn't really change him much since he's supposed to be a spam counter. Reyna is pretty solid still I just think that the nerf for the heal was uncalled for.

People can def play bad on him but every Asc lobby rn at least for me has ISO on both sides, I’ve played a couple who bomb but he’s busted
