They played at their best in Berlin, yes. They only have 2 players, tenz and sick, dapr and zombs are bots and shahzam is a baiter like hiko, they will probably place even below c9 if TenZ doesnt go nuclear.
If you really think that dapr, shahzam and zombs are actually good players, I have bad news for you.

Dapr is not the best sentinel in NA, there are multiple others on his level, like aproto or fns, even steel is not much worse than dapr. Shahzam is absolutely not the best igl in NA or in the world, or else he wouldn't have let g2 to win against them because he changed nothing in the way SEN play after match 1. Zombs anchoring was insane on icebox tho, I agree.

Don't get me wrong for putting VS at 2, but had they played any other team other than Gambit, they would've been in the SF or Finals.
And as for Vikings and Furia, they are surely behind Keyd stars at the moment, but I think it could be the opposite if Mwzera's play style does not suit Keyd's.
X10 and TS are teams we haven't seen in a while, so it'll be hard to judge what their position could be atm.
And as for the top 8, it will be occupied by EMEA, NA and KR coz it'll be hard for others to break in.
Champions could turn out any way, but my 2 personal favorites to win are SEN and VS.
TL too high, Fnatic too high, KRU too low, and VS below NV at least if not below SEN as well
I rate VS very high coz they have the highest potential to be the no.1 team in the world.
Fnatic and Liquid are sure to be top 8. I don't think that anybody other than KRU, KS and FS could give them a challenge for top 8.
Also group draws would play a key role in some matchups
