yeah, gym changed my life for the better and is the reason why I am able to put up with so much shit that is coming my way
Absolutely agree with Glycoroldas, it directly fixed my bad posture on top of the strength/aesthetic improvement but more importantly, it also forced me to fix bad habits like eating too much junk, not sleeping enough or on time, learned to cook because can't eat takeout garbage all the time, went from iron1 hardstuck to high plat etc
$30 a month is nothing compared to the value you get from it if you take it seriously
