how do you guys split up your workouts? like monday = arms and chest, tuesday = legs, etc? how much cardio do you do?
im a beginner and all i have is pull up bar and some dumbells. but this is what i do
Monday Push day:
3 * faliure push ups
3 * 12 dips
Tuesday pull day:
3 x pull ups to failure
3 x curls for biceps
Wednesday Traps and abs:
30 leg raises, 1 min break, 30 flutter kicks, 1min break, plank till failure. * 2
Thursday Push day:
3 * faliure push ups
3 * 12 dips
Friday pull day:
3 x pull ups to failure
3 x curls for biceps
Saturday legs:
Squats or jump squats (not till failure)
Sunday rest:
it seems rather shitty so if anyone can give me some help it be nice. only got a pull up bar and dumbells tho.
