PRX are comfortable, there is no incentive for them to actually put everything on the line for a trophy. Farm apac every league split, make an international, travel have some fun win 1 or 2 games, choke an important game they are favourites in, post a thanks for all the support our journey ends here tweet, their fans spam "nt kub <3" 1000 times, they go home stream ranked and make money. They simply don't have the drive to win that badly.

This is one of the worst parts about franchising, toooo many teams are comfortable, be it the top teams comfortable just making lans and making money, the bottom teams happy to just take Riots money and continue being subpar. In a world without franchising all this is punished and that underdog who dies and puts everything on the line to win gets rewarded
