Give it up for na everybody
That's not relevant. The way the NHL is with drafting, trading, and contracts. It results in most teams having a mix of Canadian, American, and international players. So when there's 32 teams and only 7 of them are from Canada, naturally Canadian teams are going to win a lot less, especially when there's a relatively even spread of talent.
Less spots for NA = the few NA teams have all chosen the best of the best talent due to limited player spots = very good teams
yet, NA only has 2 good teams (100T, G2) and EU, who has 9 teams (which leads to the best talent being spread out and a worse average team) have 3 good teams (FNC, TH, NAVI)
