Fnatic fix (real)

Boaster as coach or content creator (I love boaster, but his performance is not normal anymore. Massive asset in the team, but a leader has to frag too)

Derke does the same as TenZ/Cryo and switches to smokes (he is out of the discussion when it comes to best duelist in the world, but he could easily be more impactful if he only focused in helping teammates with util and hitting heads instead of taking the entries)

Alfa main duelist (got the best Raze in EMEA and could probably be the best duelist if he wanted to, his Neon is goated too)

Chronicle becomes the IGL (he has the capacity to be a great leader, and he learned from Redgar and Boaster himself)

Get a rookie to be the Sentinel (it's hard to replace Alfa in his role, but Alfa didn't become the best Sentinel in one night either. My personal pick is GN alexiiik)

Some people may disagree with Derke playing smokes, but I actually think that the controller role fits him more atm

derke is inconsistent but he is still good, I dont see him playing smokes either, boaster has never been a good caller but compensated with his hard work and creativity when it comes to innovating, you might be onto something with chronicle becoming the igl ngl

More than Derke not being consistent is more about giving Alfa a shot in that role, he has a lot of unexploited potential that I'd love to see if he played duelist

why not ? you've seen multiple duelist players make the transition and looked better then what they did on duelist. just needs practice on it and he would probably be a good smokes player.

Making changes this late into the year will not work, give them until Champs and if they dont get top 4 there then Boaster can be kicked

Yeah, ofc. It all depends on how they do after champs, but this would be my dream "solution" to the team roles (obviously the problem is that they didn't have ideas during that Ascent in the FUT game)

it might work, its a gamble tbf and honeymoon periods are real, I have lost all trust on Boaster and see 0 chance of Fnatic winning champs, with this roster its a must to compete for champs, top4 isnt good enough, if u make rosters changes now u get some exp ahead of next year and who knows, maybe the gamble actually works out, chronicle igl so its easier to integrate the new player maybe?

He is my IGL goat and I think that he's the moral leader of the team. But his performance is not normal, he's obviously tired and I think that he should give way for newer generations to take his place. I love him and I've always defended him as a player and IGL, but Fnatic is not going to win another trophy if he keeps playing like this, unless the other 4 go into prime form, which is unlikely. That's why he could stay as a coach, he still talks and has fun with the boys, but he can be their leader without having to play under pressure

chron needs to be igl and plays smoke in every map and %100 we NEED proper igl who can frag like MrFallin Valyn etc
i do not thinks team needs to young rookie player this team needs player like boaster(experience player) but fraging Like MrFallin Valyn as i said(maybe if we replace derke and then we can take young duelist player into team)

I mean sure, but Chronicle has the most flexible agent pool itw, who are you going to replace him with? I think is more reliable to swap roles with the other players, and only leave Leo and Chronicle in their current agent role

ah realy forget about who replaces chron's role,i mean yeah chron needs to be igl %100 but if i came your question,you're %100 right chron probably most flexible player itw right now but we need proper change and mini and CoJo needs to be step up there(their scouting is good they found alfa-enzo etc)and they must find player like a chron or young prodigy who plays perfect at smoke

Rookies tend to perform better in tier 1 at the sentinel role, maybe because they only have to worry about lurking and hitting bullets

I am afraid that FNS might receive the same treatment if he doesn't perform. He's a good IGL but his aim is not so good and the current crop of players might be too much to handle for him.

Fnatic has been looking shaky throughout EMEA split 1 & 2 this result was expected. Even though they won split 2 they didn’t look comfortable at all winning it against Heretics even though they have a lot of experience compared to the Heretics roster. FUT did a good job exploiting Fnatics weaknesses today. I do agree that something needs to change. I think the players themselves are fine just need a better Head Coach. This maybe out of line but what if they pick up Warbirds from TS he is a very creative Head Coach which is something I think they need going in the future.

Warbirds is good, but I was maybe thinking sumn like ENGH or something more disciplined. Fnatic was looking out of ideas in Ascent

I was thinking the same thing to be honest :D
Only reason why I choose Warbirds over ENGH is because I feel like his set plays are very creative and really cool and that is something that FNATIC is currently lacking but I do agree they have great ideas just poorly executed on stage

Definitely worth a try, current iteration of the team may qualify for champs but cannot win it all. Change is definitely needed.
