Boi isn't really that bad but he is worse than every other player on 100t. And considering the money that 100t is dropping on their roster they probably will pick up a better player if he keeps playing like this.

there was also one round on Ascent where Shanks bought op and peeked mid cat, b0i had a star there and didn't smoke it so he let Asuna dry peek it and die

He’s adjusting to the team still. Also that’s a terrible example because you have no idea what the team’s comma were, Asuna might not have said he was swinging or even told him not to smoke it. It’s really easy to say someone is doing something wrong when you’re just watching and not actually in the game.

With how the team performed without b0i at master berlin (against top team IN THE WORLD) this is one of the most stupid roster changes in esports history.

He's definitely improved massively... the fact that hes able to frag at all in a whole new competitive environment is insane. Remember that this isn't just some random guy that nitr0 likes, this is a guy that they picked out of multiple options to best fit the team for the time being.
You're again basing someone's entire skill, impact, comms, coordination, vibes, skill and more on how they performed in 3 series.
You have absolutely no idea how competitive valorant works and you won't until you stop only using stats to analyze teams and players.

remember that when Ethan joined he was easily the 4th/5th best preforming player and now he consistently frags 1st/2nd (and i can use stats to prove that if you'd like since that's all you seem to understand)
ethan did not top fragged just because he was new to game mechanics. he also provided good assist for the team. If you saw matches, you could have seen that he was putting time and effort into learning. boi has been in the pro scene for what an year now?

A year is an exaggeration. 5.5 months would be most accurate. Also starting a new game and not competing at pro level despite being trained and scrims is different.

they were not mediocre with steel. not all players of a team always get high kills. it's about the impact. steel has a far greater impact than bOi. nd he was definitely better igl.

those KD is pretty good for a loss
they dropped steel cause he was drawing out blanks for the first half in their match against gambit icebox. if ur igl cant shot call and you have nitro on ur team you drop that igl. not for b0i tho, get seven in he may do some damage.
nitro used to do short calling for team which really helped 100T in macro plays but with this roster macro plays have been below par for top level team in NA. They could've switched the calling roles instead and the agents change would have been good enough
yeah thatd make sense but they had more problems with steel other than his igling.
his bonding with the team was so good, sometimes that is what you need and he is definitely better than boi so its a win win
He had a migraine. The upcomer report of 100T dropping steel wasn't George's best work. Also Steel has expressed his opinion about that article.
