Why just one Ascender from Challengers?

It's annoying. We have so many challenger leagues in Europe with so many teams and so many players. There are also many teams deserving one place in the EMEA league. However there is only one spot in the EMEA league. Instead of just having one team in the league I would like to have 2 Teams getting in for 2 seasons and 2 teams relegating from EMEA league.
What do you think? Please Reason your choices.

But in eu in particular the t2 teams are almost never that good, emea has to stack hella talent just to win a bit. Fnatic needed 3 of the best players in the world to wib a trophy, gmb needed a russian superteam, etc

Because RIOT wants their league system looking the most “prestigious” by keeping it a low number of teams in the system.

I would agree with this if it didn't mean we'd have 13 teams in tier 1 next year. If people complained this much about an 11 team format, imagine how 13 would go.

Money/Viewership/etc. Relegating teams would eliminate fanbases and viewership from well established organizations (KOI, GX, Vitality, etc.) Also exclusivity; the easier it is to join tier 1, the less it means. I agree there are some T2 teams that deserve a spot performance-wise, but the partner teams would have to stay and having a 13+ team league this early would kill the leagues, as well as make formatting difficult.

its not, it'll be 2 teams a year after this year iirc

their plan was to eventually promote 2 and demote 2 a year when the leagues hit a certain number of teams. I think Riot may to deviate from that plan though.
