DRX reactivates Flashback for Stage 2

DRX DRX Korea Rank #2 Flashback Cho Min-hyuk (조민혁) MaKo Kim Myeong-gwan (김명관) freeing No Ha-jun (노하준) HYUNMIN Song Hyun-min (송현민) have brought back Cho "Flashback" Min-hyuk (조민혁) from his reserve role after an absence that spanned the entirety of Stage 1. The move comes after the benching of former in-game leader Kim "stax" Gu-taek (김구택) just days prior.

Flashback was touted as one of the team's rising rookies after being promoted from DRX Prospects DRX Prospects Korea Unranked Athan Na Ha-jun (나하준) in December last year, and participated in several OFF//SEASON events including TEN Global Invitational and Red Bull Home Ground 4. Heading into Kickoff, DRX was anticipated to qualify for Masters Madrid. However, they failed to do so after losing in the playoffs to Gen.G Gen.G Korea Rank #1 t3xture Kim Na-ra (김나라) Munchkin Byeon Sang-beom (변상범) Karon Kim Won-tae (김원태) , the eventual Kickoff winner and Madrid grand-finalist.

After Kickoff, Flashback stepped back from the active roster due to personal reasons. Kang "BeYN" Ha-bin (강하빈), another member of the DRX Prospects team, was called up as his replacement for Stage 1. DRX's next appearance will be in Stage 2, with their opening match against ZETA DIVISION ZETA DIVISION Japan Rank #12 Dep Yuma Hashimoto SugarZ3ro Shota Watanabe CLZ Hikaru Mizutani SyouTa Shota Aoki Xdll Yuto Mizomori scheduled for June 15.

I know nothing about Yoman, but Foxy9 has excelled in the Sentinel position. Single-handedly winning them rounds right from the start. Mako > Karon, Mako is considered one of the best controllers in the WORLD for a reason... He's himothy. Buzz has his off games, but when he's on one, it's hard to find someone who can reach his highs. Beyn in my eyes has proven himself as one of the best players in the first split. His aim is insane, his utility has nearly zero flaws, and the energy he brings to the team is so crucial!

Stax has proven himself on and off stage many times. It's odd to me that from 2 playoff chances missed they don't wait until the end of the season to make a final decision. It would've been far better to give the IGLing to another player like Beyn or Mako. They could've even pulled a PRX and have no IGL and base it on who wants to per map/series. This decision appears VERY rushed from the DRX staff.
