Change sens, switch crosshairs, play a different agent than you normally do, take a break. Those are the things I sometimes do

Stop worrying about stats too much, play to win and take a break if you’re not feeling it

Normally I’d just blame offgame but you had 4 in a row sooo. Fundamentals (aim). Take a break. Don’t tilt queue. Recognize what ur doing in game is wrong don’t keep doing the same thing over and over again. Type beat ok byebye

instalock phoenix, w key, and flash through/around every wall/smoke/corner possible. you will climb to about diamond before you need to start aiming properly and when that happens idk what to tell you just hit aimlabs or something.

I feel you. one day I do good and the next day I play like ass. One thing I notice is to not take the game seriously is what helps me clear my mind and think. This way you are more calm in aiming. Also know how to rely more on util for team or yourself
