THIS TEAM CAN'T KEEP ON WINNING BRO. HOW😭????? THEY HAVE ICY THAT ALMOST NEVER GOES POSITIVE.

for context i HATED eg last year for literally zero reason. i respected them after they won champs, but i kept on praying on their downfall for no reason. i just didn't understand how this team could do well(i now realize that potter is the goat.)

i love trent and leaf, but when i look at the team, im not filled with confidence and idk how they're doing so well lmao

It feels like G2 plays to the level of their opponent at times.
Nice to see ICY performing well today though, he has been getting unnecessary stick despite being a rookie.

Look, I always thought the guard core was cracked, trent is crazy, valyn great igl with firepower, professor one of the most underrated players. With leaf to me they should always be a contender, just no sold on icy yet

i used to be a major fan of guard in 22, and was a big fan of trent, but he doesn't hit the same imo. same with jonahp imo. leaf is carrying a lot

their peaks are so high and they've shown it since The Guard in 2022, they were always Tier 1 and only got screwed by franchising, they picked up leaf who's such a consistent fragger, and valyn is now fragging as well
