Also in Yinsu's case , that guy was talking about her rank / minimum rank for casting or analyst but here the analyst saying "Rise shouldn't be here" is so wrong , they have earned their right to play in the LCQ so Shanks was poking fun at his rank for saying something like that

I mean he is wrong to bring up their rank and think it's relevant. people don't need to be radiant to see every player on the map and have an understanding of what's happening.
but also the analysts yesterday said faze takes the series 2-0 which was questionable.

Ok you're right. I didn't know about Ryan being Silver. James Dash is a host not a caster and Riot doesn't hire coaches for any team.
But just to clear up the confusion: I brought up the rank discussion to defend that hosts, casters and analysts get to do their job because they understand the game better than most of us do. Granted, that rank =/= game sense but most people on this site judge Riot employees working on Valorant events depending on their rank.

The host can be, but not the caster
You don't get gamesense or agent playstyle etc sense good enough for casting by just watching
