When you look at the regular split 1 page and the circuit points standings QoR is ahead of OXG which tracks since they won H2H in the split... but for the seeding in the mid season cup, OXG got the better seed, which is more official than vlr scores...

Anyone have the scoop?

its determined off H2H, not round diff though. Otherwise TWT would not go to relegation and FYP would instead

huh? for circuit points during the group stage it was h2h if 2 teams had the same amt of wins, but for the mid season cup it was map and round differential.

Why have two different metrics for seeding and for circuit points tho... that makes very little sense

Yeah, obviously thats the tiebreaker in the seeding... but maybe vlr has the wrong leaderboard for points, and, if not, then why have different criteria for seeding and for points?
