Can people finally admit that NA has the strongest t2 of any region?

Its a stupid argument to make because 99 percent of any rookie from any region will be from T2. So brand new teams like Heretics and KC will be full of T2 talent. Theres few exceptions like former CS players like xccurate that are given a chance without having to play T2 bc of their experience.

China is a new region so most of those players will be from tier 2, since there was quite literally no distinction between t1 and t2
All the NA representatives in Americas ascension that are currently on a Tier 1 team (if LEV win) will be going to an international this year. N4rrate, a player from a relegated NA VCL team, carried KC to Madrid. The skill gap is immense, be for real.

Johnqt is from EMEA. Y0y is from T2 NA and ruined a T2 pacific team. China played an entire year of T2 just like NA I don't see how they don't count
