Interviewer: "So why do you want to work here?"
Merc2: "ratio + tsm owns you"
will give genuine advice here but make sure when they say any questions, actually ask questions ^^ itll make you look like youre paying attention and care for the job
Make eye contact. Your flag is set to New Zealand. In Eastern cultures you're somewhat expected to show respect, act subtle and humbly. In Western cultures, they will probably prefer if you look them straight in the eye to indicate that you're confident. gl m8
Eye contact is weird af
It can even be seen as disrespectful in Eastern culture
Very different here though. Not keeping eye contact in conversation is very strange in the US when interviewed
wait really? lol I was just assuming based off what I knew about Eastern culture (I'm only half Asian and lived in the US my whole life so idk much)
idk about other people, but I grew up learning that it's rude to make eye contact with elders/people with authority
This is coming from someone who grew up Asia and currently lives in the U.S., so maybe stuff has changed since than ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Seem enthusiastic during the interview, know about the company throughly when interviewing (make it seem like you did some research and you are gennuinely interested in joining them), and act modestly.
I just finished my interview!
It was pretty fun actually. I was smiling the whole time and answered her questions
She said i'll hear from them tomorrow
Hope I get the job :D
good luck I have no idea what working at maccas would be like but if u gte the job enjoy it
Update:
I GOT THE JOB!!!!!
thanks to everyone that helped, it really made me feel better and more confident during my interview!
:D
