Not having FNS carrying you is the problem :D
2 things can be true
who's responsibility is it to still implement a system dependent on a heavy IGL on Ethan after FNS left
Not having Potter is also the problem. Each player and coach has their strengths and weaknesses. Like AstroGalaxy said, there can be more reasons than one.
