But considering how riot handle things, and how they want to stay out of any problem. It is unlikely happening,

girl accused him of r*pe.

he was never proven to be guilty. he is innocent as far as the law is concerned.

riot wanted to do their own investigation and he didn't want to get involved. so riot blacklisted him so no team wants to play with him for PR reasons. basically he can never have a pro career because people will always bring up the accusations even though they aren't proven.

yup.

ppl downplay just how much that girl basically ruined his pro career and treat it as a joke but wait until that shit happens to them, sucks to be treated like a criminal when you aren't one. luckily for sinatraa he is still able to have a streaming career with ppl who understand how accusations work.

Nah, they banned Sinatraa and wanted to get involved in the investigation. Because he declined, they just perma banned him from competing.
