Leading up to the grand finals, FURIA had to defeat Gamelanders Blue Gamelanders Blue Inactive in the semifinals. With the exception of the second half of Icebox, the first map in the series, FURIA were able to gain momentum early on and continue it through the first half. This set them up for relatively relaxed second halves throughout the rest of the series, where they only needed a few rounds to secure map wins.

Their opponents, Australs, were also able to find their footing in their semifinals match against Liberty Liberty Inactive guuih Guilherme Mariano pepa Matheus Colleto duhT Eduardo Teixeira Zanatsu Carlos Eduardo tockers Gabriel Claumann . The series began as a close back-and-forth brawl, with both teams evenly matched throughout the first half of Split. But it was a stalwart defense in the second half of the map that gave Australs the edge over their opponent. Australs' solid teamplay displayed in their Split defense continued into their Icebox attack performance, where they dominated Havan Liberty in the first half, setting themselves up for a second half that required only three round wins to secure the map and a spot in the grand finals.

FURIA came out of the gate full throttle on Icebox, only giving up two rounds in the first half to Australs. The standout players the entire map were Khalil "Khalil" Schmidt and Agustin "nzr" Ibarra, who dominated the map with 23 frags each. For perspective, the combined number of kills from the other three FURIA members was also 23.

Nozwerr and FURIA were firing on all cylinders all series long

With map one behind them, FURIA had no intentions of slowing down going into Ascent, the second map in the series. The only three rounds that FURIA allowed to slip through their fingers were the first two rounds of the half and the final round of the half. The other nine rounds that FURIA captured on defense were off the back of clean defensive tactics and nearly-flawless site retakes. Australs began to find their footing in the second half of the map, but the six round deficit that they had incurred going into their attack side of the map was too much for them to overcome.

With two maps in the books, only Split stood between FURIA and a ticket to Champions. This time around, it was Gabriel "Quick" Lima's turn to shine. He played an integral part in crippling Australs' economy, stringing together multiple kills in most rounds. In fact, Australs won only two of their seven buy rounds, both of which were in the first half of the map.

Going into the second half of the map, Australs picked up two more drawn-out rounds to start their defensive side, but were unable to find an answer to the deadly trio of Quick, Matheus "mazin" Araújo, and Nozwerr, who had also been wreaking havoc throughout the first half. At the end of the match, the three of them had 10 more kills than all of Australs combined, marking the conclusion of the SA LCQ in a dominant fashion.

With their grand finals run now completed, FURIA are now the third Brazilian team that will head to Berlin in December alongside Team Vikings Team Vikings Inactive Veroneze Vinícius Ribeiro Ds Daniel Silva swag João Neto pollo Julio Silva and Keyd Stars Keyd Stars Inactive .
